Information we handle
ROOT3 may handle account details, delivery and billing details, order records, support messages, consent choices and technical security information needed to operate the site.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by ROOT3 application code.
Why it is used
Information is used to provide requested services, secure accounts, prepare and fulfil orders, respond to support or privacy requests, keep required records and respect consent choices.
Email marketing consent is separate from cookie and analytics consent and is optional.
Service providers
The technical service stack includes Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payments and Resend for transactional email. Final contractual and international-transfer wording requires legal review.
Your choices and requests
Use the Privacy request option on the Contact page to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable.
Requests are recorded for review and identity verification. No request triggers automatic deletion or disclosure.
Retention and security
Information is retained only under an approved operational and legal schedule. Final periods are documented internally and must be approved before launch.
ROOT3 uses access controls and server-side authorization, but no online service can promise absolute security.
